All You Can Eat…Pie for Breakfast: Join us on Saturday, March 13 at the Library for PIE!    We start serving at 8am and serve ‘til the pie runs out (around 11am).   Pies are both Sweet (think: berry, apple; chocolate…) and Savory (think: quiche).   This is our most delicious fundraiser of the year.  $6 Adult; $4 Children 4-12; under 3 FREE.  Hot coffee and juice is served as well…
Friday Night at the Movies continues on March 19 with Time Traveler’s Wife (newly released on dvd).   Due to a genetic disorder, handsome librarian Henry DeTamble (Eric Bana) involuntarily zips through time, appearing at various moments in the life of his true love, the beautiful artist Clare Abshire (Rachel McAdams).   This romantic drama was adapted from the best-selling Audrey Niffenegger novel of the same name. (2009/PG-13)    Bring your own popcorn…Movies start at 7pm.
Story Hour: Saturday Mar. 27 at 10am.   Join Martha Heitkamp as she welcomes Spring in this month’s story hour.   While designed for children 3-6 yrs. Old, younger children are welcome when accompanied by an adult friend.   Stories, songs, activities, and a snack are part of every story hour.
Knitting Circle meets first Wednesday of the month from October-May from 7-9 for knitting, tea and talk.    Novice to experienced knitters welcome.
Open Book Discussion: This month we will be discussing The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards on Thursday, March 25 at 7:15pm.   Copies of the book are available at the library.   The library book group meets monthly and welcomes newcomers.   Join us for any or all of the discussions.
