“Tried & True” Sports Classics Movie Nights: select Wednesday evenings, at 7pm.
Stuffed Animal Sleepover: Tuesday, August 2
Drop off between 2-7pm. Return Wednesday between 2-7pm for pick up and to see photos of all the fun the animals had. Stuffed animals should be confident sleeping away from their human for the night.
Best Olympic Sport Playoff:
As with the “Best Worst Villain” last summer, vote your favorite of sixteen classic Olympic Sports to the finish line. Each week half the contenders win their match-up and half are eliminated until only two remain. Winner & Grand Champion will be announced at the Summer Finale, Wednesday, Aug. 17. Watch Library Facebook, Front Porch Forum or Library bulletin board to play.
Community-written Longest Story: June 13-August 13
Let’s co-create the longest story this community has ever written together, children, teens, adults, alike. Stop in the library to add your words or pictures to our original story. Read what others have written, take a turn moving the story forward…as often as you like.
